| Abstract: | Changes in polarization state of a linearly polarized light after reflectedfrom the upper and lower interfaces of an optical medium possessing inhomogeneously refrac-tive index and then overlapped again are discussed.The conditions that the resulting polariza-tion state after reflection is circular polarization are given. The theoretical results are con- firmed by the preliminary experiments. |
