| 摘 要： | 本区自然地条件比较优越,但北部水土流失严重;中部盐碱化发育,多涝洼成灾;南部土地沙化逐年增加。严重影响粮食增产和畜牧业发展,本文提出了综合治理的途径。

| Abstract: | The physical geographic condititions of the region are favourable, but water and soil loss is serious in the northern part of the region, saliniza-tion is developing in the middle part of the region with water-logged lowlands and crop failure caused by water-logging, land desertization in the southern part of the region has been increasing year by year.Some comprenesive ways of tackling these problems are put forward. |
