高铬铸铁可锻性及锻造过程对机械性能的影响

摘    要:本文通过高铬铸铁热塑性变形试验,得知在850℃~1100℃奥氏体化温度范围内,高铬铸铁具有良好的塑性变形能力。经热变形后,其大块共晶碳化物被破碎,并在基体中均匀分布,减少或消除了铸造缺陷,提高了机械性能,尤其是冲击韧性的提高更为明显。文中还提出,经等温淬火后,可获得良好的综合机械性能。

Abstract:By testing the hot plastic deformation of high chromium cast iron, the higher plasticity of cast iron hi gh chromiumin the region of Austnitic temperature has been discovered. After the Large-Size eutecitic carbide has been broken, the broken eutecitic cordide will be distributed uniformly in the basic structure and the foundry defect will be decreased or disapper,thereby the mechanical properties of forged high chromium cast iron will be improved significantly, moreover, stand shocks ductility is particularly raised.In this paper,the method about isothermal quenching by which the good complex mechanical properties are obtained for forging high chromium cast iron is also introduced.
