电站锅炉水平侧包墙变形的试验研究

摘    要:针对某类型锅炉水平侧包墙变形问题进行了试验研究。理论计算给出了锅炉包墙区域单相情况下压降和流量分配情况,根据计算结果安排了锅炉试验方案。对出现变形的一台1025t/h锅炉和未出现变形的一台1085t/h锅炉的启动过程进行试验。比较两台锅炉启动过程升温升压、升负荷与锅炉包墙区域温度变化的关系,分析出现变形的原因。结果表明:电站锅炉水平侧包墙变形主要是由于启动过程疏水不完全,造成了侧包墙下联箱的积水堵塞联箱包墙管蒸汽流通,造成侧包墙管干烧,引起该区域变形。

Abstract:The deformations of the side wall of the pedant convective pass(PCP)region of a utility boiler were analyzed experimentally.A model was developed to predict the pressure drop and the flow distribution at the single-phase steam along the PCP side wall.The tests were conducted on 1 025 t/h and 1 085 t/h utility boilers with and without deformation of the PCP side walls.The deformations were analyzed based on the temperature rises,load following and wall temperatures during startup.The tests show that the PCP ...
