| Abstract: | Starting from the definition and constituents of enterprise culture, this paper expound four types of enterprise cultures such as the spirit-oriented enterprise culture, the system-oriented enterprise culture, the behavior-oriented enterprise culture and the material-oriented enterprise culture, and probes into the features of each type of enterprise culture. |
