液压元件污染启动的数学模型

摘    要:本文以液压元件的间隙过滤效应和滤饼理论为基础,分析了滤饼破裂的切变模式及与水力卡紧的关系,建立污染启动的数学模型。实验证明这一模型更接近于实际。

Abstract:Bas6ed on the filtrate effect and the filtrate cake theory for the clearance of hydraulic components, the interlock model of filtrate cake bursting and the relationship between contaminant start-up and hydraulic lock are analysed and, then, the mathematical model of contaminant start-up is developed in this paper. The verification of this model is given through the experimental results which mani-i'est its being in agreement with reality.
