对4J42合金蚀刻问题的初步研究

摘    要:本文通过对4J42合金在喷淋条件下的失重腐蚀实验进行研究,结果表明:腐蚀速度随FeCl3Be°的提高而降低,随温度升高而增加,随盐酸浓度的增加而降低在喷淋条件下的标准板实验和金相观察结果表明:腐蚀速度越快,蚀刻因子越大

Abstract:This paper has discussed the rate of spray etching of the alloy 4J42, the results show : As the FeCl 3 etchants are diluted, the rate of etching tends to increase, the higher the temperature is rised,the fast the rate of etching is. As the percentage by volume of Hcl is increased, the rate of etching tends to decrease.In spray etching the results of master copy and metallographics observation are: As the rate of crrosion increase, the etching factor tends to increase.
