| 摘 要： | 知识共享是虚拟科研团队创新成功的关键,团队成员知识共享需要信息通信技术和计算机网络的支持。根据虚拟科研团队的工作特点,利用综合集成研讨厅的组织管理思想和技术支持构建了虚拟科研团队知识共享平台,并详细说明了知识共享平台的构成及知识共享的过程。

| Abstract: | Knowledge sharing is the key to success of virtual scientific research team innovation.Knowledge sharing between members of virtual scientific research team should be supported by information and communication technologies and computer networks.According to the working characteristics of virtual scientific research team,knowledge sharing platform is constructed based on organizational management and technological support of hall for workshop of Meta-synthetic engineering.The components of knowledge sharing platform and knowledge sharing process are demonstrated in details. |
