摘    要:建立了按最小圆柱包络法评定空间直线度误差的非线性数学模型,通过误差分析,证明了该数学模型不宜进行线性化处理.提出了空间直线度误差的最小条件判别准则及用计算机评定空间直线度的方法;给出评定空间直线度误差的实例

Abstract:The minimum cylindrical envelope method (MCEM), a new method for spatial straightness error evaluation, is proposed. It is proved that the mathematical model for spatial straightness error evaluation is a nonlinear one and is not suitable for linearization. The criterion for the minimum condition and the method for spatial straightness error evaluation by computer are proposed. An example of error evaluation is given.
