| 摘 要： | 研究了黑色金属压力冷成型加工中磷酸盐复盖层的组成结构及其润滑机理，结果表明，水其高分子复合方法制备的磷酸盐复盖层具有足够大的孔隙空间，可为储存固体润滑剂提供了有利条件，能改进润滑性能。

| Abstract: | The micro coustruction of phosphatic coating film,which plays a part of lubrication in cold pressing work of ferrous meltals,is investigated in order to clarify its lubrication mechanism.Results show that the phosphatic coating film of water soluble polymer based composite has good porous structure and is advantageous to storing lubricatorof solid powder,so the lubrication property can be improved. |
