显微图象系统调焦精度的确定与聚焦算法选择

摘    要:由显微镜光学系统H1和摄像机光学系统H2的级联传递函数H1·H2定出调焦精度,用同态滤波去除待聚焦图象中的噪声.使用边沿检测法、标准差法、最大熵法实现了对模糊图象快速准确的自动聚焦.

Abstract:A convetional CCD precise size measuring system fail to solve noise countermeasure problem. To meet the practical use of CCD measure system, the adaptive Kalman filter was introduced to the measure system, and as a result, the auti noise problem was solved.The system has high accuracy and confidence in the CCD measure system,its scope of application has been widen.
