| 摘 要： | 在血管传输线模型的基础上，假设并证实了多普勒信号的最大频率曲线的形状和血管内血流量曲线相似的观点，给出了一种确定这两者间的比例常数的方法，并且根据这一观点，利用血管传输线模型对子宫动脉的正常生理状况和病变时的情况作了解释，最后提出在临床上应用这种模型的设想。

| Abstract: | From vessel transmission line model, it is proved that the curve of maximum frequency of Doppler flow signal is similar to that of the flow magnitude of the vessel. The method to determine the ratio coefficient between these two curves is also given. This model together with the above opinion is used to interpretate the normal and abnormal state of the uterine. The possibility of the application of this model in the clinical diagnosis is finally presented. |
