提高黑曲霉产糖化酶活力的研究

摘    要:用实验室发酵罐,发酵液的投料浓度为原发酵液增加含糖量<2%。黑曲霉JIES—1变菌糖学粉酶的活力平均达16601mg·Per·h/ml,最高达1811mg·Per·h/ml,提高产率41.2%。发酵周期平均为107.2h,每小时产酶活力136.2mg·Per·h/ml。

Abstract:The fermetation liqor concentration of the burdening materital somewhat increased that original fermentation liquor increased suger reserve <2%. In this essential fermentation theglucoamylas activity to average about 16860.8unit/ml and the highest activity was about17925unit/ml. the fermentation period was average about 107.2 hours and enzyme activityabout 157unit/ml per hour was produced.
