| 摘 要： | 本文应用血细胞计数法和瑞氏染色法首次记述了大鲵(Andrias davidianus)血细胞的数目和形态特征。红细胞的平均值为7.6×10~4/mm~3,白细胞的平均值为1.9x 10~3/mm~3。除大鲵红细胞胞质中含有一团嗜碱性颗粒外,血细胞的一般形态特征和其它脊椎动物相类似。文中就大鲵与其它两栖动物进行比较并从进化角度作了讨论。

| Abstract: | It is the frist paper to deal with the blood cell numbers and characteristics of Chinese giant salamander (Andrias davidianus), by using blood cell counting and Wright's staining methods. The average value of erythrocyte count is 7.6x 10~4 per millilitre and that of white cell count is 1.9x 10~3 per millilitre. The gengeral features of this salamander's blood cells is similar to those of those of other vertebrates, except that in erythrocyte there are a group of basophslous granules. At last, the comparison with other amphibia and evolution is discussed. |
