| 摘 要： | 田径比赛是现代奥运会举足轻重的第一大项．田径46块金牌占奥运会金牌总数的近六分之一，田径赛场是世界各体育强国必争之地；主赛场的恢宏场面和数万热情洋溢的观众群体使田径比赛始终成为奥运会的重头戏；健身走、健身跑及马拉松运动的广泛普及使田径运动成为人们增强体质和保持健康体魄的重要运动方式．因此，田径运动已经成为名副其实的“运动之母”；通过对中国田径运动训练研究特征的分析，总结分析了田径运动训练研究的特征，并提出了田径训练研究的新趋势．

| Abstract: | Athletics is one of the most important games in Olympic Game.There are 46 gold medals coming from athletics,which takes1/6 of the total Olympic gold medals.The playground of athletics is the war field which the strong sports countries must catch.The scene and the ardent spectators all make this game the most wonderful game of Olympic.Some kinds of the athletics were made popular,which make athletics one of the best methods to keep healthy and build body.So athletics becomes the real mother of all the other sports.Through the analysis of the research of the modern sports training theories,I prospect the future of research in our athletics sports. |
