| 摘 要： | ＂素质教育＂这一概念的正式提出虽然才20年左右的时间,但从对我国数千年教育史的考察中,不难发现素质教育产生与发展的历史脉络。研究我国不同时期的素质教育思想与实践,对理解和推进现代意义上的素质教育具有重要的启迪作用。

| Abstract: | It is 20 years since the concept of quality education was put forward,but we can see the historical skeleton of the development of quality education from millions of years of educational history.This thesis makes research on thoughts and practice of the quality education at different stages of our country.This will bring about enlightenment to understanding and promoting the quality education in the modern sense. |
