砂岩基质酸化中HF与石英的反应动力学

摘    要:将岩心酸化流动模拟试验与 ICP残酸离子分析测试技术结合起来 ,通过拟合残酸中的 Si离子浓度来研究 HF与石英的反应动力学 .实验结果证明 :HF在石英上的反应速率与 HCl的浓度无关 ,与 HF浓度成二次方关系 ;酸化流动模拟试验中流速对酸化效果是有影响的 ,高流速下的酸化可解除储层深部的伤害 ,在砂岩基质酸化的施工工艺上建议采用“最大排量压差法”.为优化 HF的酸化施工 ,深入认识储层矿物学和 HF与铝硅酸盐的反应动力学是十分必要的 .

Abstract:The reaction kinetics of HF and quarz sand in sandstone matrix acidizing was studied by core acidizing flow stimulaion test. In the test, the concentration of the silicon ion in spent acid was determined by ICP. The indexes in the reaction rate expression were determined by the fitting of the data of the determined silicon ion concentration. The results of the study show that the reaction rate of HF and quarz sand is in proportion to the secondary power of HF concentration, but has nothing to do with HCI concentration. The flow rate of acid has an effect on the acidizing result in the core acidizing flow stimulation test. Acidizing at high flow rate can remove deep formation damage, so it is suggested that "maxium flow rate pressure difference method" should be used in sandstone matrix acidizing. It is also necessary to have the knowledges of reservoir mineralogy and the reaction kinetics of HF and aluminosilicate for the optimization of HF acidizing treatment.
