陕西国防工业系统结构优化研究

围绕陕西国防工业系统结构优化这一中心问题进行了深入研究。文章首先提出把现有系统分成军民两个子系统，对军民两个子系统以及军民综合体这一大系统的运行机理进行了讨论和设计，给出了运行机理图；在此基础上，对系统结构优化的关键问题——军品子系统最优规模问题进行了分析，建立了最优规模模型，给出了测算结果。本文的结论对国防工业发展有决策参考价值。

An Optimal Systematic Structure Study on Shaanxi Defence Industry

An indepth study is made on the main problem in Shaanxi defence industry-the systematic structure optimization.It proposed that the existing system should be divided into two subsidiary systems-the military supplies system and the civilian supplies system.Then the operation mechanism of the two subsidiary subsystems and the general system is discussed and designed,the operation methanism diagram is also shown in the paper; The optimal scale of the military supplies system which is the key problem in the systematic structure optimization is analyzed and as a result, the optimal model is set up. The compute result is also presented in this paper.The conclusion of the research gives a decision reference on development of the defence industry.
