| 摘 要： | 围绕＂立地＂服务而展开的一系列措施,是加速提高地方高校学报的学术质量的一项行之有效的策略,这是地方高校的优势所在,也是其责任所在.因此,学报应立足于为地方教育和社会发展服务,充分借助本地区的资源优势,这样才能去拓展更大的空间获得更大的发展.而作为地方高校学报在为地方教育特别是基础教育服务中责无旁贷,理应发挥基础教育理论研究中的引导作用.

| Abstract: | Improving the academic level of the journal based on ＂local service ＂ is one of the effective ways for improving the quality of the journal,which is also the advantage and duty of the journal of local colleges.The journal,therefore,is to be developed greatly based on the service for the local education and society through making best use of the local sources.It is the duty for the local journal to serve theoretically for the local education,especially for the elementary education. |
