| 摘 要： | 一个政党要维持和增强人民的认同,巩固自身执掌政权的地位,就必须不断地提高执政能力。在中国共产党62年的执政实践中,党紧紧围绕什么是社会主义、怎样建设社会主义和建设什么样的党、怎样建设党这两大问题,进行了艰辛探索,积累了成功经验。在纪念建党90周年的今天,认真总结和汲取党执政的历史经验,对于提高党的执政能力,对于党和国家事业兴旺发达继往开来至关重要。

| Abstract: | It is essential for a political party to improve its executive capacity to obtain the people＇s identification and consolidate its governing power.The Communist Party of China has accumulated rich experience during its 62-year governing by focusing on what the socialism is,how to build up the socialism,what party to build up and how to build up the party.At the moment of establishing the Party 90 years,it is vital for the Party to improve its executive capacity and to make the national cause prosperous through drawing up the experience of governing the nation. |
