| Abstract: | The science and technology is an important way to resolve livelihood＇s issues,this paper reviews how to establish innovation system for livelihood＇s science and technology which should be close to people＇s needs and optimizing resource allocation through active administrative intervention to meet the public demand.Meanwhile we should encourage independent innovation to promote livelihood industry upgrading through market-driven so as to meet people＇s basic needs. |
