| 摘 要： | 全面质量管理是地方高校图书馆全体工作人员参与的管理,是图书馆全部数据的管理,是贯穿图书馆活动全过程的管理.因此,地方高校图书馆要充分利用全面质量管理来调动图书馆管理人员的积极性,最大限度地提高文献资源的利用率,从而促进高校图书馆事业的向前发展.

| Abstract: | The all-round quality management of library is the management involved with all the staff in a library,the data in the library and the whole-process management of the library.The cause of a library at local college can be promoted through the motivation of the staff of the library with the all-round quality management so that the references in the library will be put into full use. |
