| Abstract: | This paper presents a method of soft systems analysis and hard systems design to large scale management information systems.In this method,Checkland P.B.'s soft systems methodology and Hall A.D.hard systems methodology are combined happily.The method is illustrated with an example of macro economic management information system of local government. |
