| 摘 要： | 通过分析现有企业过程的各种定义，从理解企业进程重组（ＢｕｓｉｎｅｓｓＰｒｏｃｅｓｓｅｓＲｅｅｎｇｉｎｅｅｒｉｇ，））ＢＰＲ的角度，提出了企业过程的一般性的定义，在此基础上，利用系统分析的技术，提出了自上而下分解企业职能，自下而上组合形成过程的方法，该方法包括４个步骤，论文的最后是案例研究．

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of existing definitons of business process and undersanding of BPR,this paper proposes the general definition of business process. Then the identifying approach to business process that can be divided into four steps is presented, which combines top down business functions decomposition and botton up business process formation . A case study is given at the end of this paper. |
