陕北生态环境治理的气候背景

利用气象站实测气温、降水资料作为气候变量，分析陕北20世纪30年代以来的气候演变。认为：陕北气温从20世纪80年代中后期开始进入暖,产温主要表现在冬季，其次是春、夏季、具有32a,10a和4a左右的周期；降雨从20世纪70年代初开始进入少雨期，到了20世纪80年代季节连旱和连年旱呈加剧的趋势，具有32a，8a和2-3a的周期，这种干、暖的气候背景可能持续到2010年左右，这是陕北生态环境治理必须面对的现实。

The climate background of ecosystem managing in the north Shaanxi

The use of the meteorological real temperature and precipitation as climate element, and the analysis of the climate development from 1930s in the north Shaanxi showed that the climate is warmer in period of mid term 1980s, the temperature ascent appears in winter,and then in next spring and summer, its period is 32 years,10 years and 4 years respectively. The precipitation value decreased in period of 1970s, the successive seasons and years of drought aggravated from 1980s, its period is 32 years, 8 years and 2 to 3 years respectively. The dry and warm climate background continued to 2010s, this is the fact that the ecosystem management must faced with on in the north Shaanxi.
