| 摘 要： | 通过不同外植体和不同激素浓度配比试验，对郁金香愈伤组织的形成，芽和不定根的分化进行了研究，找出了最适外植体和最佳激素浓度配比．以提高愈伤组织形成量和芽的分化率，为扩大繁殖系数，大规模快速繁殖郁金香无性系提供了科学依据和新方法．

| Abstract: | The tulip callus producing and bud. root differentiation from callus were studied by means of tissue culture in this article. we found out the most appropriate explant and concentration ratias of IAA to 6BA of callus producing and bud. root differentiation. Our research may provide scientific basis and new way for producing more tube shoots. |
