Parameter Identification of Nonlinear System Based on Wavelet Transform

A method of parameter identification of nonlinear systems based on Daubechies wavelet is presented.Firstly,the governing differential equation associated with the nonlinear model was presented on a subspace spanned by a finite number of Daubechies wavelets.The resulting algebraic equations are then rewritten with the parameters of the system as unknowns.Finally,the problem of the parameters identification was converted into solving the algebraic equations.The simulation results testify the efficiency of this method.
