摘    要:中央空调机组的噪声源主要来自于气动、机械和电磁等3个方面因素,并以此提出了中央空调机组噪声控制方法;从3个方面系统地分析和论述了噪声控制措施:选择包括高阻尼减振垫、叶片数量多的轴流风叶等性能良好的动力部件,利用金属网罩等特殊结构的隔音减振结构设计,采用合理的安装工艺并利用消声装置等机组合理的安装和配置等;实践表明,此方法较好地控制了中央空调的运行噪声.

Abstract:Abstract: In this paper, the noises resources of central air conditioning unit were summarized as following three factors being from pneumatic,mechanism and electromagnetic, and the measures for controlling noise of central air conditioning system were p roposed, including the choice of good power parts with high damp ing pad and multi2 blade axial flow blade, the design of rational sound p roof damp ing structure with metal netmask and the rational de2 sign and installation of units by using rational installation technology and sound damp ing device. The p ractice shows that the noise of central air conditioning system can be easily controlled by using the methods p roposed in this pa2 per.
