水库浸没影响的探讨

本文研究如何确定浸没影响范围,并给出防治措施。结合红山水库的专项研究,提出简易办法：建立分配比例系,利用短系列水文资料,推出“类比年流量”作为不同频率年三个进库站的流量。取７,８月份的月平均流量作为推算河道水面线的依据,应用计算机算得水面线外包线的水位,拟合精度超过了试算法和图解法。本办法确定的浸没范围接近实际,结合当地状况所提出的防治措施也是可行的。

A Discussion About the Effect of Reservoir Inundation

This paper studios how to determine the range of inundation and suggests some preventive measures.Combines with the study for Hongshan reservoir,the paper has put forward an easy way to solve the problem,that is:to set up a parameter of distribution proportion and use the short-term hydrological data to deduce the"analogous annual flow"as three-station incoming flow for different frequency years.The monthly average flow of July and August is taken as the basis for calculating the water curve of the river.The accuracy of fitting of envelop curve obtained in this way is higher than that of the trial method and the graphic method.The inundation range thus determined is close to reality.and the preventive measures are feasible.
