E 类放大器的符号分析

摘    要:根据等效小参量法原理提出了E类放大器的一种符号分析方法,可得到包含高次谐波的输出电流(或电压)的符号表达式。容易分析E类放大器的参数灵敏度、谐波畸变及其它性能如集电极峰值电流、集射极峰值电压、输出功率能力等。这一表达式适用于任意电路参数及工作周期D,且考虑了开关导通电阻。实际验算表明,此方法解析性强,精度较高,对放大器的设计具有重要的指导性意义。

Abstract:A new symbolic analysis method presented in this paper extends the principle of Equivalent Small Parameter (ESP) method to analyze class E amplifier. Using this method, the analytical expression of output current (or voltage), containing higher harmonics, can be obtained. It is convenient to analyze the sensitivity of parameters, the distortion of output voltage as well as other performances such as the peak collector current, the peak collector_emitter voltage and the power_output capability etc. This method is applicable to class E amplifier at any circuit parameters and any switch duty cycle D while taking into account the saturation resistance R 1 . It is also valuable to the design of class E amplifier by offering the designers some insight into the circuit's behavior.
