| 摘 要： | 在Hotelling模型的基础上构建了一个考虑技术创新溢出的两企业合作与竞争的三阶段模型,并基于此模型,对比分析了企业在合作技术创新与非合作技术创新两种情况下的企业的选址决策、技术创新投入决策以及收益情况.

| Abstract: | This paper builds a three-stage model on cooperation and competition of two firms with technological innovation spillovers based on Hotelling model,and then comparatively analyzes the two firms' locational choice,the investment of technological innovation and the total revenue of the two firms respectively in the situations of cooperative and noncooperative technological innovation. |
