摘    要:本文优选了氨基酸的衍生化条件,建立了全肠胃外营养(TPN)注射液中19种氨墓酸的气质联用分析方法,40min内可完成全分析,灵敏度达10~(-11)mol,比专用的氨基酸分析仪分析时间缩短了1/3,灵敏度提高了两个数量级;对氨基酸的衍生化反应及衍生物的质谱裂解机理进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:The derivatization factors of protein amino acids for GLC analysis are studied and optimized, the analytical method of 19 protein amino acids in total patenteral nutrition (TPN)injection for infants and young children by GC/MS is established. The entire process can be completed within 40 min, i. e., 20 min shorter than the conventional amino acid anslyzer; a sensitivity of 10~(-11) mol is obtained, showing an improvement by two orders of magnitude. The derivatization of amino acids and the fragmentation mechanism of the derivative fragmentation product are also investigated.
