旋轮型面对矩形内齿旋压成形影响的数值模拟

摘    要:为了优化旋压工装设备,并为旋轮工作型面的选择和成形工艺参数的设计提供依据,基于对筒形件常用旋轮型面的分析,结合杯形薄壁矩形内齿旋压的特点,采用有限元软件MSC.Marc,建立了齿轮旋压三维弹塑性有限元模型,对不同旋轮工作型面进行了数值模拟,分析了不同旋轮工作型面对杯形薄壁内齿轮轮齿成形的影响规律.结果表明:当采用台阶形旋轮时,减小工作型面的成形角和增大圆角半径有利于轮齿的成形;当工作型面为圆形型面时,轮齿的成形质量最好.

Abstract:In order to optimize the equipment for spin-forming and to lay a foundation for the selection of roller working surface and forming parameters,the traditional roller working surface of tubular-shaped workpiece and the characteristics of the spin-forming for cup-shaped thin-walled inner gear are analyzed,and a 3D finite element elasto-plastic model is established by using the MSC.Marc software.Then,numerical simulations of the gear spin-forming under different working surfaces are carried out.Moreover,the influence of working surface on the formability of inner gear spinning is investigated.The results indicate that,for the step-type roller,large roundness radius and small forming angle contribute to the spinning of inner gear,and that the quality of spun workpiece is at its best when the circular-type roller is used.
