| 摘 要： | 近年来,主要发达国家把利用科技解决民生问题作为制定科技政策或设立科研项目的导向,并相继推出了以发展民生科技为主要内容的政策及战略,同时在能源、环境、人类健康等涉及民生的领域开展了广泛的具有实质的国际科技合作。面对世界科技政策新的发展形势,本文提出了我国应更加注重民生领域国际科技合作的观点及其建议。
