风机液力调速控制系统研究

摘    要:大功率风机采用调速型液力偶合器调速来调节风量具有明显的节能效果;通过对系统的静动特性分析,提出了单片机控制风机流量的闭环控制系统.经过试验,了解了采用PIP调节器的控制系统基本性能及其应用的可行性.

Abstract:Powerful compressors adopting variable speed couplings to adjustthe flow of wind have the apparent effect on economy. Through the analysis of the staticand dynamic characteristic of the system, the loop control system by the single --chipmicrocomputer controling the flow of the compressors is propounded. By the testing,the basic characters of the control system which adopts the PID--controllor is graspedand the means is practical.
