苯甲酰氯合成工艺研究

摘    要:研究用三光气与苯甲酸室温下合成苯甲酰氯。考虑利用复合引发剂提高反应收率,并通过正交试验得出最佳实验条件:三光气和苯甲酸物质的量比1:1,滴加复合引发剂1.5g。产品收率86.7%,纯度≥99.5%。此产品工艺的工业化具有更广阔的前景。目标化合物经红外光谱、气相色谱验证。

Abstract:The process of synthesis of propionyl chloride with triphosgene and benzoic acid as raw meterials was introduced in this paper.The tests showed the yields were higer by binary evocating agent.The effect was best when triphosgene to propionic acid was 1:1(mol ratio),the drop adds binary evocating agent 1.5g.The productivity was 86.7% and purity of product was above 99.5 %.It has more commercial application and through IR,gas chromatography identify.
