激光表面处理技术在汽车工业中的应用及前景

摘    要:激光加工技术是近几十年来迅速发展起来的一门高新技术,它是以高密度能源为中心,快速、局部地对机械零部件进行特种加工与处理,能够完成普通机械加工无法解决的一系列问题尤其在零部件的表面处理方面成效更为显著本文结合激光表面处理技术在汽车零部件表面强化中应用的大量实例,从激光表面处理技术的基本工作原理和工作特点出发,对其进行总结和分类,并综述了目前激光表面处理技术在国内外汽车工业中的研究、开发与应用通过深入分析激光表面处理技术在汽车零部件上现已解决的问题、现存的问题以及激光加工设备研制的情况,探讨了激光表面处理技术在汽车工业中应用的发展趋势和广阔前景

Abstract:In recent tens years laser processing technology,as an advanced science and technology,has been developing rapidly. High-density-energy laser can treat the parts of mechanical spares and solve a series of problems that can not be solved by general machining particularly in surface treatment.In accordance with numerous applied examples of laser surface treatment technology in surface intensifying of automobile and the spare parts fundamental principles and operating characteristics of the technology, the article summarizes the laser surface treatment techniques including research,exploitation,application and classification. After analyzing the solved problems and unsolved ones and the condition of manufacturing equipment of laser, the paper also discusses its developing trend and prospects of application in automobile industry.
