试论人口文化素质对西藏自治区社会经济发展的影响

人口化素质是人口整体素质的重要组成部分，是人们掌握的各种知识和各种技能的总和；人口化素质的高低在一定程度上决定着社会经济的发展程度。特别是21世纪随着高科技和劳动技能的提高，知识经济的作用越来越被人们所重视。对于任何一个国家与地区而言，高素质劳动力都是不可多得的稀缺资源。因此，充分重视和提高人口科学化素质，对加快西藏社会经济化的繁荣，将产生极其重要的影响。作根据第五次人口普查的有关普查资料，分析人口化素质对西藏自治区社会经济发展影响。

Quality of Population Education's Influence to Economy Development to Tibet Society

Quality of Population Education is an important component of all-encompassing population's quality; it is total of people's mastering various knowledge and skills.The level of population education decides the progress of social economy development to some degree. It is particular true in 21 century, as the function of knowledge is being received more and more attention as the enhancement of high technology and labor skills is being upgraded. To a county or a region, high quality of labors is valuable recourse. Therefore, attaching importance and improving the population's education quality will have profound impacts to speed up economy of Tibet society. The author analyzes the impacts that brought to economy development to Tibet Autonomous Region according to relevant materials from the Fifth Census.
