| 摘 要： | 气象对作战进程起着重要的作用，不同因素的气象条件对作战效能的影响需要用综合评价的方法加以研究，采用模糊综合评价的方法，对登陆输送过程中气象条件综合影响进行分析。建立了气象因素对登陆输送过程中作战效能影响的模糊综合评价模型，给出了模型中相关数据确定的基本方法。实例表明，该方法具有一定的实用性。

| Abstract: | The weather plays a very important role in war.The influence of the weather on war efficiency needs synthetical evaluation for it includes factors of temperature,wind,and rain. This paper uses fuzzy synthetically evaluating method to analyse the factors of weather in war process. The model of the problem is built, and the general means of determining the data of the model is given. The applied case shows that the model has practical application. |
