| 摘 要： | 本文研究了以柠檬酸钠为络合剂的硫酸盐体系中锌镍合金的沉积规律。测试表明,镀液性能稳定;镀层结合力好,应力小,耐蚀性强,含镍10—13Wt-%。从而确定了适宜的镀液组成和操作参数。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we have studied the process for electrolytic deposi-tion using sodium citrate as a complexing agent, and the sulphates as astaple salt. Some properties such as the stability of plating solution,the binding force and corrosion protection of plating coat have beentested. The results are satisfactory. In the plating coat, the Ni contentis 10-13 wt-%. The compositions of plating solution and the operationalparameters have been determind. |
