猪AIBP基因的克隆与组织表达谱研究

扩增了猪AIBP基因CDS和3′端,测序得到全长935bp的cDNA序列,NCBI登录号为DQ826508。猪AIBP基因编码288个氨基酸,与牛、人、鼠的AIBP氨基酸序列的相似性分别为94%、90%和87%,含有1个YjeF-N保守结构域,有信号肽序列。组织表达分析表明猪AIBP在背最长肌、心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏、卵巢、子宫、睾丸、胚胎和脂肪等组织均有表达。

Cloning and Sequence Analysis of Swine AIBP Gene

A new swine gene was cloned by using SMART-RACE and PCR.The full-length cDNA contains 935 nuc-leotides with GenBank accession number DQ826508.1.Sequence analysis showed that the gene encode 288 amino acid residues,with a conserved domain YjeF-N.The derived amino acid sequence of the gene has high homology with the AIBP of bovine(94%),human(90%),and mouse(87%).The tissue expression analysis indicated that the swine AIBP gene was not only expressed in Longissimus dorsi muscle,but also expressed in the heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,ovary,uterus,testis,embryo and adipose tissue.
