| 摘 要： | 四层卷焊管的成形属于几何和物理双重非线性弹塑性大变形，卷曲成形量大，成形过程的模拟相当复杂。在四层卷焊管成形过程的模拟中，最关键的是接触问题的处理。本文主要介绍了MSC-MARC软件提供的接触分析功能和应用该软件模拟四层卷焊管卷曲成形过程中接触问题的处理方法。

| Abstract: | Forming process of quadruple-layer brazed steel tubes is characterized by large elastic-plastic deformation,which involves both nonlinear geometrical and material conditions. Therefore, simulation of its processes is quite complex. The contact problem is the key one. The analysis function of MSC-MARC programs on the contact problems is introduced, and the simulation method of forming processes of quadruple-layer brazed steel tubes is also discussed in the article. |
