摘    要:培植学生的主体性是现代教育所追求的目标,个别化教学作为现代教育一种新型而又极富发展前景的教学形式,有着其显著的特征及独特的优点,并有利于学生主体性的培植。只有当教师在学生观、教学价值观、师生观、教学方法论、创设问题情境等方面起主导作用时,学生在培育自觉性、激化自主性、锻造积极性、激活创造性等方面起主体作用,才能在个别化教学中真正使学生的主体性作用得以发挥。

Abstract:The purpose of modern education is to build up students' principal part character. As a new and animate form in modern education, individualized instruction has outstanding characters and remarkable advantages and helps to build up students' principal part character. The writer believes that teachers should play a leading role in the outlook on students and education, the methodology on education and the creation of question settings, etc. And students should play a principal part in building consciousness, intensifying self-determination, promoting enthusiasm and activating creativity. In this way, the students' principal part character can be really elaborated in individualized instruction.
