双环型光驱动扭矩仪的特性研究

摘    要:介绍一种微功耗双环光功率推动的非接触式扭矩仪.由于较好地解决了扭矩测量中的信号耦合和探头工作能源的供给问题、使仪器可以在室光下或通过光纤在普通光的推动下实现持久的在线测量.该仪器特别适用于易燃易爆以及高转速等一些特殊工况下的扭矩测量.

Abstract:This paper introduces a non--contact torque instrument drived by light power with two photocell rings and the circuits of microdissipated power. The instrument implements non--contact signal couple and power supply needed by the probe of the instrument in torque measurement, so the instrument drived by indoor natural light or the light transmitted through optical l'ibbr can carry out on--line measurement lastingly. moreover. it is specially suitable for inflammable and explosible environment application.
