E-commerce Welfare Economics Analysis Based on Pareto Optimal Model

E-commerce is currently one of the most attractive industries.As an emerging technology and new trading patterns, it meets consumer desires.However it also has some limitations.This paper explores the elements of change in macro national product income, which stands at the perspective of welfare economics, takes Pareto optimal model as solve way, analyzes the mi-croscopic point of consumption and production of both supply and demand balance , and considers the social welfare perspective . Our objective analysis of the socio-economic value of e-commerce is of importance for optimizing resource allocation , transformation of economic development and optimizing industrial structure.
