摘    要:从分析叶轮机械叶栅尾缘的流场结构出发,提出了叶轮机械尾缘下游流场存在周期性气动激振力的观点,给出了确定气动激振力频率的方法。认为气动激振力是导致动叶片破坏的根源,应用模态分析试验方法,确定出了2 K60 系列风机原动叶片的前6 阶模态振型,找到了造成动叶片损坏的原因。针对上述原因,提出了解决问题的措施,并在生产现场得到了实际应用。情况表明,理论分析与试验结果相吻合。

Abstract:Proceeded from analyzing the flow field structure of cascade back edge of turbomachine,we,in this paper,put forward a viewpoint that periodic exciting force caused by gas flow exists in backward flow field of the cascade back edge,and provide a method for determining the frequency of the gasdynamic exciting force.We think that gasdynamic exciting force is the source which causes moving blade failure.Using method of mode analysis and experiment,we determined the proceeding six steps vibration modes,and found the reason which could cause moving blade failure.So we give some measures for solving the above problem,and use them in worksite.Practice shows that theoretical analysis in this paper tallies with experiment result.
