大功率激光束制备高硬质WC-TiN-Co合金层研究

摘    要:采用2kW的CO2激光束在A3钢表面制备高硬质WC-TiN-Co合金熔覆层,并对不同扫描速度下合金层的成分、显微组织、显微硬度及耐磨损等性能进行了分析,结果表明,用大功率激光束在低质钢材表面所制备的合金层与基体材料相比,合金层的化学成分发生根本性变化,表面硬度和耐磨性均有很大的提高。

Abstract:The alloy layers were prepared on the surface of A3 steel with a 2kW CO2 laser. The components, microstructure, microstructure hardness, and the wear resistance of the alloy layers were tested. The experimental results showed the components of the alloy layers were changed greatly, and the hardness and wear resistance of the surface were increased greatly compared with those of the A3 steel.
