摘    要:采用X射线衍射等手段探讨了球磨介质和添加物(碳粉和稀土)对MoSi2机械合金化过程的影响,并分析了原因结果表明:采用质量大的球磨介质在低球料比时会促进MoSi2的生成,在高球料比时会促进粉末细化,合适的球料比为20∶1;加入碳粉会强烈阻碍MoSi2的生成,加入稀土则基本无影响,稀土是MoSi2的一种合适添加剂图2,参8

Abstract:The effects of milling medium and addition (carbon, rare-earth-element) on mechanical alloying process of MoSi 2 have been investigated by X-Ray,and their reasons were analyzed too. It was found that the heavy milling medium promoted the synthesis of MoSi 2 in lower ball-to-powder ratio,but in higher ball-to-powder ratio,it favored the refinement of the powder. The ball-to-powder ratio of 20:1 is suitable. And the synthesis of MoSi 2 was strongly hindered by addition of carbon particles. However it hasn't been nearly affected by addition of rare-earth element particles. So the rare-earth element is a kind of fitter addition of MoSi 2 2figs.,8refs.
