摘    要:针对DEA模型中的自由权重问题,在把不同偏好序和效用值转化为互反判断矩阵进行一致化分析的基础上,采用算术平均法集结各决策者的偏好为群的偏好,得到群决策的主观权重,通过乘法算子集结主观权重和C.月模型计算的客观权重,建立群决策DEA模型(GDEA).利用该模型对广东省21个市的农村水利投入产出效果进行了计算,结果珠海强有效,东莞有效,其他决策单元都是非有效.G-DEA模型有效解决了DEA模型有效单元过多而无法排序的问题.

Abstract:According to the free weight of the DEA(data envelopment analysis)model,based on the uniformity of the inverse matrix of different preference orders and effect values,various decision makers' preference information was collected and averaged as the group's preference information using of the arithmetic mean method.The subjective weight of the group's decision was then obtained.The subjective weight and the objective weight calculated with the C2R model with multipliers were aggregated.Thus,a new DEA model b...
