可修部件的计划停运与故障停运重合时的可靠性估计

摘    要:本文假定部件的计划停运持续时间是确定性参数,而部件的故障停运则是一随机事件,且其故障率和修复率均为常数。在此基础上,本文推导出在一个部件的计划停运期间另一个或两个部件平均故障停运时间、平均故障次数及平均故障持续时间的精确解和近似解。本文提出的方法既可以考虑部件的计划停运和故障停运互相独立,也可以考虑互不独立的情况,即一个部件的计划停运仅在另一个部件或两个部件均完好时才开始。

Abstract:Based on the assumption that the duration of the scheduled outage of components is a definite value and the failure outage is a random event,the failure rate and repair rate being constant,the exact and approximate solutions for the average failure outage time,the average failure number and the average failure duration of one or two components during another component's scheduled outage are deduced.With the proposed method,the failure and scheduled outages can be considered both independently and interdependently.In the latter case,the scheduled outage of one component begins only when one or two other components are in service.
